Guest House Raleigh offers 8 rooms across four categories. The Historic Suite spans 535 square feet with a separate living room featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a historic fireplace. The Skyline Suite is 420 square feet with french doors opening to a private balcony overlooking Downtown Raleigh. King rooms include private patios or balconies, while Cozy Queen rooms measure 240 square feet. All rooms have individual HVAC units, operable windows, keyless entry, Brooklinen bedding, Malin+Goetz toiletries, Bluetooth speakers, and sound machines.

A contactless light breakfast of granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit is provided daily. Each room has a personal Keurig machine with coffee. The kitchen is not available for cooking or food storage, but rooms include mini fridges and there is a shared microwave. Numerous dining options are within walking distance for lunch and dinner.

Guests share access to common areas including a historic parlour, study, modern breakfast nook, and dining space. A quiet courtyard features a large pecan tree and offers views of the Raleigh skyline. These spaces are shared unless the entire property is booked, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

The inn is in downtown Raleigh, a short distance from the State Capitol, North Carolina General Assembly, and Museum of Natural Sciences. Raleigh-Durham International Airport is 27 km away. Free on-street parking is available on Bloodworth Street (2-hour limit weekdays 8 AM-5 PM, unlimited evenings and weekends) and off-street parking is located behind the property.

This is an adults-only property (no guests under 18). The entire 8-room property can be rented for group events. Services include off-street parking, key code access, and daily breakfast. The property is smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free. No room blocks are offered due to the small size.
