King rooms include private patios or balconies, while Cozy Queen rooms measure 240 square feet. All rooms have individual HVAC units, operable windows, keyless entry, Brooklinen bedding, Malin+Goetz toiletries, Bluetooth speakers, and sound machines.
Dining and Breakfast
A contactless light breakfast of granola, yogurt, and fresh fruit is provided daily. Each room has a personal Keurig machine with coffee. The kitchen is not available for cooking or food storage, but rooms include mini fridges and there is a shared microwave. Numerous dining options are within walking distance for lunch and dinner.

Guests share access to common areas including a historic parlour, study, modern breakfast nook, and dining space. A quiet courtyard features a large pecan tree and offers views of the Raleigh skyline. These spaces are shared unless the entire property is booked, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Free on-street parking is available on Bloodworth Street (2-hour limit weekdays 8 AM-5 PM, unlimited evenings and weekends) and off-street parking is located behind the property.
